Sanjis power isn't something any of us can predict nobody in 2018 predicted end of wano Sanji would get Blue Flames created by Armament Haki improvement and Exoskeleton to defeat a Commander.

Sanji needs COC as much as he needs to be strong enough to defeat an Admiral and Gorosei. Oda didn't NEED to make Sanji powerful, he could have written the sniper being the strongest after the combatant. Oda didn't NEED to make Sanji one of the wings of Luffy, he didn't NEED to give him a second backstory. There's a lot of things Oda didn't need to do with this character but did it anyway because he holds him in much higher regard than a lot of the fanbase does hence why they're rarely correct in their opinions about his future accomplishments and relevance.

But I'm meant to believe he is less worthy than Katakuri?.

Definitely not a DF, Sanji getting Conquerors is useless unless they mean AdvCoc which would make him ridiculously strong and there’s no place in the narrative for that. His growth should be his emotions and passion further pushing his scientific enhanced body and genes. Maybe unlock his brothers abilities and more ?

Best fruit for him would probably be gorilla zoan since he could awaken it and gain a simple strength and durability boost

Was it ever made public knowledge that Saturn died and was replaced by Garling? If it was made public knowledge, then Devon copying Saturn’s appearance would be worthless since everyone would know something’s up.

Also, if it wasn’t made public knowledge that Garling ascended to Gorosei, he might throw a wrench in BB’s plans
