General & Others Unpopular Opinions?

Faster at the cost of quality with some tremendously bad and ridiculous writing and plot armor to justify them going against Kaido, BM and their crews, with all sense of tension and stake being destroyed in the process.

Right now it still doesn't feel like Luffy deserves to be even called one Yonko.
It's kinda about time for Luffy to become a big gun, they had their time skip training arc and stuff. But since there's no character development (and I would even argue there's character regression due to flanderization pot-TS), OP seems to be powered by asspulls and plot armor instead of being character driven.

It also doesn't feel like Luffy is a Yonko as his fleet is barely in the story, and he doesn't have a base or anything. Check other "new" Yonko - Buggy and BB - both have a lot of folks around them and some cool powerhouses. Luffy is still the same, and his Nika mode is the worst imo.

Honestly Luffy is in many ways a Gary Stu with his plot armor and Zenkai boosts in battle, especially his "ressurection" and him being revealed to be a "god" in Wano; how his flaws rarely if ever truly affect or cause problems and consequences for him and his crew; all the help he receives and how he magically "befriends" or make an ally of people he has just met or of former enemies who should hate his guts or leave him die instead.

Yeah. From wano luffy does feels like one. Jumping from commander level to a low top tier at least.

Got adv coa , adv coc , G5 God awakening etc.

Yeah, I liked him a lot more when he had a lame rubber paramencia and was really creative about using it.

Foxy the Silver Fox was created to highlight Zoro being Gold Zoro, Zorro in Spanish is fox, and Gold in Spanish is Oro.

There is a connection with the advanced tech from the Joy Boy of 900 years ago, and the Mink Medicine, when they were put together during the Vegapunk Speech, with Foxy being featured in the part about not being able to replicate it..

I think the original Joy Boy was actually Zoro, and Zoro is a clone of the original Joy Boy.

Drake will make a comeback. I could see a mirror to Garp/Koby through Drake/Sengoku considering Sengoku was said to have taken Drake in like he did Corazon. Also he's still Captain of Sword, he was humbled quite a bit in Wano, but I still have hope for a redemption.

I wouldn't mind a Big Mom return to get beaten by Luffy to make good on his promise to Katakuri and act as a clean win over a (former) Emperor with both starting at full health. Elbaph would've been the best place, so this definitely seems less likely the longer the arc goes on without her, but Pudding had faith she was still alive and the Yamato cover story could lead into it.

Conqueror's haki is rare, but sometimes folk place restrictions and requirements to it that aren't as rigid as the series has made it seem in my opinion. At it's most basic, it's required or given to people that have the disposition of the King, and we've seen a variety of folks with it. I just feel like we may seen certain characters with it in future and I hope it's not claimed out of nowhere. Also, I don't think too many have it, it's 1 in a million and we're at the place where those rare figures would be concentrated. I think Sanji has a decent shot, especially if Gaban has it, but it won't be the end of the world if never have it.

I would still be up for a Shiki return, even after the latest chapters. Though it'd probably be a reserved role or in conjuction with other villains.

I'm cool with the series continuing for plenty more years and I'm not in a rush for the end so long as Oda stays healthy and we get great moments.

Not a single Marine character should have CoC because it is thematically inconsistent.

A rare exception could be made for rebellious figures, maybe, but I'd prefer CoC to be a lot rarer than it is.

The only WG affiliated figures with CoC should be the Gorosei and all or most of the Holy Knights, i.e. the descendants of the 20 Kings that are worth something.

Admirals should serve as examples of CoA and CoO being enough to be considered in the upper echelons.
