yep,shit is finally getting good.

there's been some really great art recently. some pretty messy stuff still, but generally nice.

my cope theory is that fujimoto has been busy working on look back movie --> reze movie, which is why the art decline hit so hard. the falling devil fight consistently looked amazing, with a bunch of great double spreads, before immediately slowing down once the arc transitioned. despite how much i liked the church story, there were a few chapters that looked genuinely pretty bad.

I dunno, him getting out of that trap world was actually something smart for once.

Also @Ravagerblade will probably appreciate Yoru in the latest chapter (where Denji does behave like an idiot, but I am used to the idiot cast by now).

Because that is his character I am supposed to like it? It's a bit tiring at this point. He literally had his hand down his throat. That is not exciting or engaging for me as a reader. It's f*cking dumb and a turn off, it takes any forward motion and completely ruins it.

Also, he is currently 18. I know a lot of 18 year old characters that do not have to act like this. I understand the appeal for some people but I am not one of them.
