Gray hardly ever gets power ups he just bust out a new inovative spell tbh the only power up he got the entire series is devil slaying magic, and he's not even figihting devils (which makes it seem pretty useless) But I think he's gonna learn Alchemy and use that in conjunction with his magic, It will give him a much needed boost in power

Honestly somehow getting a key to summon the CSK would have been much more hype and consistent than the key she got. Specially since she also just got her aquarius key back.

I don't know how CSK power compares to a Dragon God, though, I'm too much of a casual reader regarding FT power scaling.

I also don't know if he is on the same lvl or maybe even stronger? But it wouldn't surprise me and honestly I don't really care, I only want to see him again in a battle and a battle against a dragon god would be sick imo. His battle with Mard Geer was a good fight too. So I want another one. :)

And like you said the CSK would have more hype than Merc.

A CSK star dress would really cool to see I hope she will get his star dress.

But I think he's gonna learn Alchemy and use that in conjunction with his magic, It will give him a much needed boost in power

I also think that he will learn alchemy either to make his own ice magic stronger or he will learn a new type maybe to manipulate gold too? So gold make magic/alchemy?

I to this day still wonder about that, they seem to know each other on a personal level, maybe a celestial wizard in the past summoned him to fight Mard but it ne neat to see that explored more

I feel like Selena wont fight Viernes on her own, she will do what Natsu need to fight Ignia, give Gray a powerup.
Natsu right now also can´t face Ignia, same counts for Gray too.
Gray about to get a power boost/new power to face Viernes.

Definitely, I can see Wendy get a fraction of Selenes power and Gray learning Alchemy to counter Viernes

She still destoyed many other worlds and wanted to destroy Elentir and Earthland too.



But what I meant was, if she is still "evil" because of the lacrima, like Merphobia it was or if Wendy and the other dragon slayers destroyed her lacrima and safed her?

Maybe Wendy and the others lost the battle against Selene?

Imo it would be better if Selene is still "evil" but then they would never have a chance against the other dragon gods. They only won against Merphobia because they had luck.

So I assume that Selenes lacrima was destroyed and that she will fight against Viernes, while Wendy and Gray will fight against some fire and flame members or Selene will send them to the other locations, maybe to help Erza.
