Spoiler One Piece Chapter 1139 Spoilers Discussion
Man, the memeing yesterday was one of the best agenda topics in the last few months. The thing is, Zoro fans didn't really take that much of an L aside of the fact that their entire "Sanji = weakling", "No longer part of the M3" narrative was debunked in 13 panels. Roger fans took a higher L since not only Rayleigh was directly compared to him but also Gaban. So yes, Roger looked really fraudulent when the spoilers were dropped. Luffy fans also took a huge L for creating the "Luffy >>> Zoro = Sanji" narrative.
Sanji fans were the ones who got the real huge W after all the years of humiliation and Judge's son jokes.
Bold: We know that Buggy is a complete fraud tho. It isn't the case with Gaban and I'm pretty sure he's easily keeping up with Luffy in the upcoming chapter. He is also part of the old legend and that's what matters. I also think he's weaker than Ray or Roger but the difference isn't that vast imo. At least I'm expecting Gaban to not look like a total chump in front of Luffy. Also, people thought he was even weaker than Retarden, so hopefully, they realised their L as well.

Agree. Except I take both post WCI-Luffy and Katakuri over current Sanji. Lucci as well, no doubt in my mind they would all beat Sanji who has no answer to their FS, their skill or their CoA-advantage.
Sanji went to hell and back against the worst fighter in the entire series (you can all read my posts back regarding how shitty of a fighter i consider Queen to be) that admittedly has a sturdy body and some tricks but nothing else, least of all a battle iq. The Ceasar of the YC.
Sanji can do no such thing. He doesnt have anything in his whole arsenal that is better than Marco. Physically, DF, experience, haki, regeneration, flight - nothing. Zoro would win if he can get past Marcos haxx but it's a tough fight, no mid diff.

Yeah it’s not as if Sanji didn’t have observation haki, Also Zoro used ACoC (oden’s haki) on the roof(subconsciously but still used it ) and did fuck all to Kaido even after activating his Asura. Also, Hyogoro said that both Zoro and Sanji were way stronger than before, after Zoro got clapped back down after his ACoC attack did fuck all to Kaido.
So Sanji already knew Zoro was stronger and in his stronger state could take out a stronger Sanji if the need arose. Not because he could but because he would. No where does Sanji say that it would be a one shot for Zoro, he just says he would be the one to kill him!
