Zoro arguably also got elevated with Rayleigh being said to be equal to Roger, literal or not it's another point in favor of Rayleigh's portrayal after being put in the same ballpark as Whitebeard by Garp.
The only ones who lost from it are Roger/Luffy as it becomes difficult to argue Roger was several tiers above his strongest crewmates, but even then Luffy has his Joyboy stuff that goes past Roger.

Why is that weird? It's just will power phrased differently. Luffy uses the nakama power all the time to win over his adversaries. Having a strong will to protect others is what his character is all about. That's what haki is all about: overcoming others with will alone. Only in this case, it's not a will to conquer nor a will to protect, but a will to love others.

Oh yeah i doubt anyone seriously thinks Roger = Rayleigh = Gaban cause of this quote. All it does is eliminate the whole “Luffy/Zoro >>>> Sanji” or “Luffy >>>>> Zoro/Sanji” takes that some people on this site have.
The biggest thing this chapter does is establish that Roger/Rayleigh/Gaban were still on the same level and pretty comparable in strength (likely an extreme diff fight between them) and by extension that’s how Oda sees the difference in Luffy/Zoro/Sanji

Zoro can mid-diff King and shitstomp Queen, yes. Sanji mid-diffs Queen but gets ragdolled by King just like rooftop Zoro was. Worst part is Sanji gets ragdolled regardless of King's flame being on or off as King's flame off feats still surpass Sanji's. Flame on = absolutely no chance.
Sanji cannot give Luffy a tough fight if Luffy is remotely serious. Sure, if Luffy fights in base without ACoC then Sanji could push him to mid/high-diff (Luffy still wins handily w ACoA and FS), but if Luffy uses ACoC it becomes a straight-up shitstomp. Sanji gets bodybagged by even base ACoC Luffy.
It's a similar level of bodybagging if Luffy uses G5 without ACoC of course, and we don't even need to talk about G5 with ACoC. We don't even need to talk about G2/3/4 with ACoC - Luffy's CQC feats vs Kaido genuinely show that he can handily defeat Sanji in base. He totally outclasses him in CQC.
