Given he pushes so hard for M3 parallels i cant imagine there is large gap given Luffy Zoro and Sanjis ages

My point is First world energy> Mother flame from second world> Mother flame right now> Kizaru awakening. Basically everything has been powered down. The very fact that Oda introduced the world system where there were two before is a comparison with LOTRs ages where the first age was far stronger then the second and so on.

Mihawk’s bounty is 3.59B

Those two are the strongest living subordinates so Rayleigh and Gaban should be comparable to them bounty wise
