Hahahaha that Jinbe over Sanji thing is really bugging you, didn't know it would affect you that much. Yep it was pretty bad writing considering how important Wano was to the future which Rayleigh and Gaban knew.

Though ironically it made Whitebeard more reasonable than how he dealt with Ace, to not go to war and risk the lives of so many of his crewmates, just for one person.

Though more hypocrite and bad writing than Whitebeard not doing anything about Wano is Izo, who is from Wano, had his family and especially Kiku there, and was one of Oden's followers and brothers in arms with him and the other Red Scabbards.

Then finally came back for his country, people and family two years after Whitebeard's death, only to be killed off in the most anti-climatic way possible.
