I want to see Sanji vs the Island Man. Laffitte's clearly important and I'd enjoy him vs Sanji, but Pizarro already fits well enough personality-wise and Sanji beating him would be so hype. Nami has Zeus, an Emperor's weapon, plus she's also incredibly important in the crew even if she's not physically strong. Franky turning the Sunny into a giant mecha for San Juan Wolf is a theory I really like. Robin's a beautiful lady, so Catarina Devon wanting to kill her works. The rest seem like pretty obvious match-ups.
