That's my point lol you don't go to a bunch of happy people and tell them ohh i told you you made the wrong choice!!! i was right all along! that woud only make them be even more against you, rn they're living the dream, again IF in the long run what Trump is doing will result in a bad outcome for the US citizens sure, go and criticize him as much as you want but until then it's just your opinion against that of a bunch of people that are getting what they voted for....
Yeah, technically you are right. But I won't wait for their realization, let's say that I wanted to anticipate in case someone is reading, because I felt a bit guilty from being angry at them when they will also suffer. It's was more of a "in case you start to understand, we are still here" message.

Not every country, but I think at the very least some areas might be more stable under monarchy

Feel like the Middle East is one. The current regional power in the Levant is Israel. The previous one was the Ottoman Empire.

The ottomans united a massive empire under its control for centuries whereas Israel has been in perpetual war with its neighbors since its creation.

If Israel was a dictatorship or a monarchy, it could be a Jewish state without being majority Jewish, while still also being relatively egalitarian. Everyone would be equally disenfranchised by the monarch/dictator.

There’d be no Nakba/occupation/etc. and if the monarch did their job and provided for the people, there’d probably be no Islamic terrorism either.

Similarly I think India might be better under monarchy. The country is simply too diverse for democracy to function effectively. I think you need a single unifying force, such as a monarch, to bring people together and get shit done.

Lastly, monarchs are just cool. I wish America had one.
