I don't think HKs have anything to do with it - surrendering to have Loki out won't make sense in this scenario​

Unless multiple leakers are lying him surrendering has nothing to do with the competition

But we won’t know for sure till the full summary/panels drop

I do wanna see how Luffy performed first though. There’s a chance he at least managed to keep up a bit even if he “was losing”

We also don’t hear anything about whether Gaban has his axes or not. That would change quite a bit (he could’ve pulled them out of his ass like Sonic/Mario)
