Kizaru and Enel's are the most OP. However, if I had a fruit to choose from I would pick the Soru Soru. You can bring to life anything you want, which includes intangible forces like lightning, fire and light which can potentially mimic Kizaru and Enel's powers, or any other elemental logia and substance-based paramecia. The Soru Soru can even make a candy slime homie merge with the ocean to create a massive wave that would potentially nullify any other devil fruit power while strangely being immune to the sea itself because LOda forgot I guess.

Also the idea of forming your own country of blindly loyal subjects that you created has potential. With the right combination and maybe even a user of the Ato Ato no Mi by your side, you could potentially bring to life any idea or monster you desire. You could make a kingom of dragons, ogres or titans. The more horrifying your homies are, the more easily you can collect souls from terrified civilians to increase your own power, lifespan and army.

Big Meme was just too brutish, airheaded and singleminded to realize the untapped potential of her amazing fruit.

Soru Soru Is super broker, as the Shadow Shadow (of which the Soul Soul Is basically a copy).

However, the Pad Pad, in theory, is even more broken.
In theory, you could "deviate" the soul out of the homies, the fatigue and damages out of yourself, etc.

It does for 2 reasons.

1.Speed: One of the biggest pros Enel's fruit has over every fruit is it's travel speed. Pika laps it here.
2.Attack potency: Lightning is straight up treated like a precursor to lasers. Big Mom spams lightning as the default attack, it's when she combines her homies (fire, lightning, sword) she can mimic Kizaru's lasers. It blatantly operates on a higher plane.

So much so that I wouldn't even be surprised if Enel's Goro Goro no Mi is to Kizaru's Pika Pika no Mi what the Mera Mera no Mi is to the Magu Magu no Mi.

My only issue with the above is Enel's fruit just seems way too good to call it a tier lower than the S tier logias.

Turn the entire island into a Homie

Wano BM is only a sliver of her accomplishments during her pirating career. She built a harmonious country and the best underground network system. Everybody comes to her tea parties. She even played the long game with Pudding

As far as being a pirate goes, she’s definitely lived the most enjoyable comfortable life. She did fail to find the OP but in her later years she ate as much as she wanted and got what she wanted meanwhile WB sick on IV, Ray constantly looking for money, Kaido trynna kill himself, Shanks sleeping in caves and on wooden ship floors

That comfort zone ultimately made her complacent and arrogant

Y'all will call me biased for this (because I am) but Greenbull's fruit is imo one of the best fruits out there. It has almost everything that you could ask for.
  • Logia shit: No need for an explanation.
  • Possible regeneration of his real body thanks to plants being organic matter.
  • A transformation despite not being a Zoan. (Which definetly helps to fight bigger enemies or multiple enemies while staying safe.
  • Good lethality.
  • Some haxs via sucking the water out of foes. Something that most likely than not bypasses durability.
  • Good AP.
  • Busted AOE attacks (just look at Udon after he fought there, he should be able to control every single plant in that area)
  • Decent mobility via flight and probably turning into roots (like Aokiji did in Marineford).
  • Good versatility being able to be used not only in fights but also your day to day shit.
  • Some misc stuff like not needing any food and stuff.

Is it the strongest? Probably not, but the sheer versatility of the fruit is insane.

Everyone was shocked back in 2022 when the spoilers for 1054 dropped and it was revealed his fruit was a logia and not a mythical zoan

Truly elated for when Oda shows off this fruit's high-end attacks. He can do anything he wants with it

They hype the Gura fruit in-verse but it really doesn’t seem that great to me

Yeah it has absolutely insane destructive capabilities but 1. It can kill you (BB almost sank Marineford pretty much as soon as he got it, he would’ve drowned) and 2. It does nothing besides destroy things

Literally 0 utility. It does 1 thing and does it well but that’s it

It’s Kizaru’s by far. Some of the other options that people are mentioning aren’t because of the fruit but because of quirks of the users…like Big Mom’s fruit.

Without her natural invincibility, it’s pretty mid compared to logias and some of the others. A stray bullet could still kill you, and you have to sacrifice your life for some of the better abilities it offers.

With everything else equalized, no one is touching the pika pika user.
