We need a shaman in the series who’s a top tier and has a drug-related fruit , like how Queen’s plague can affect targets , Shaman is able to turn the area into a psychedelic realm when he starts chanting.

Can be countered with high level haki.

A mixture of Queen’s plague + ceasers gas fruit

Gemstone - Gemstone fruit: You basically become Diamondhead but with the power to use naturally occuring stones like rubies, sapphires, emeralds etc.

Coating with haki makes you indestructible, and awakening allows you to gain unique telepathic abilities based on the gemstone you turn into.

For example Ruby allows you to attract people, sapphire gives limited mind control etc.

Blood is way too grim for a manga like One Piece but it would be a very interesting one for a vampire type character.

- Coagulation (healing powers)
- Blood doping (similar to Gear 2, ups all the users physical stats by A LOT without any drawbacks)
- Blood clot (offensive purposes)
- High blood pressure (offensive purposes)
- Thick iron blood (coagulated blood weapons like swords and so on)
- Blood sucking (adds properties/abilities from the opponent to the user)
