Luffy interest is the same he had for zoro,usopp,chopper etc. same
luffy asking, means he already decided loki coming with him, he even getting the key... which he knows he should not do since everyone said he bad.. meaning luffy taking responsibility for freeing loki. after being told loki is bad.
