Tbh I’m more curious about the power of love and how it relates to the buccaneers. The fact that Sanji has been compared to two of the three races targeted for annihilation by the WG with the third being puddings race, it’s a weird coincidence.

CoC I hope he gets just because you know, Fuck Judges ideology

Sanji having Buccaneer DNA would be very interesting, it's the only theory I've hitched my wagon to for now.

I think Sanji should have CoC, and not just because it would be ironic for Judge's supposed failure to have, but I just think Sanji is the ideal king in One Piece. It's one thing for Sanji to be called kind, it's another for Oda to make sure the series is replete with examples of that. Surely, that's got to mean something.

Not enough is said for the fact Luffy has an actual prince on his crew. I'd like to think Oda 100% intends for Sanji to become a truly selfless and benevolent ruler. All examples of such have been shown as weak so far in One Piece, I really hope Sanji is the combo breaker in that regard.

Also, how fucking cool with it be see CoC infused kicks. I could see CoC being a necessary component for Sanji unlocking black flames that live up to this Blackleg moniker (which is also one of the coolest ones in the series).

Hells memories incorporates full body flames. It will most likely just be for visual flare, but his main form of combat is still gonna be kicking^

I voted for second option.

While I believe that he'll definitely get it at some point in the story, I feel like he'd need a very strong catalyst to unlock this which could be Pudding.

It'll happen when his life is on the line or someone he cares for like someone from the SH crew or Pudding.

When Gabban was introduced first with the left hand of pirate king parallel, I thought Sanji will get it this arc but that'd be too drastic and i think it will act as a build up for later.

I think we need more information on what the buccaneers are a hybrid of. Since they’re not humans and giants I think that missing link is going to be important and may actually link the power of love and Sanjis pyrokinetics

He mentioned them alongside wotans and longlimbs who we know only descend from two races so I think buccaneers are just two races as well iirc.

1) Unlocked it around Sabody and then we finally see him unleashing it subconsciously at MF

2) Got trained by Rayleigh and learnt the basics

3) Got trained again at Wano and unlocked advance haki



Zoro
1) showed some signs of Haki before TS

2)Got trained by Mihawk

3)Post TS - his aura was highlighted as quite intimidating

4)Got trained again in wano


Oda has given importance to train or learn haki.

Even though Sanji has haki but what's missing is "training" in his case.

Gaban introduction works in this favour.

So, it's clear to me that if oda intends to give CoC to Sanji then he has to get some sort of training (By Gaban) prior to unlocking CoC.

Or Gaban notices his potential or Sanji shows some sort of subconscious CoC burst and then Gaban trains him.


Elbaph is perfect for this with Gaban introduction - Left hand training the left hand


And, if Oda overlooks this then chances of Sanji getting CoC would dminish even more (not negligible with saving of Pudding still to come but would reduced alot)

So you want 3 different Power Ups that just look the exact same and basically do the same thing just stronger? That’s boring af. And how fucking lame is that we have to wait for a cover page or colored version of the manga to know what color it is lol
It should be obvious in the black and white manga that it’s different and with Ifrit for example Oda did a terrible job when he introduced it - beside some little lighting effects that are not even consistent the fire looks the same.
The execution of the PU in Ifrit was also terrible, it’s supposed to be extremely hot flames, but Oda made zero effort to show it, it just simply feels like his kicks got stronger and that’s it.
