Kaido's durability is the amazing thing about him.

His durability is literally the reason for him being "invincible" since people cannot even penetrate through his skin.

The Red Scabbards are impressive, no question, but compared to other top tiers, their AP is not that powerful. And they have AdCoA but the spoilers literally demonstrated that there are even levels within Ryuo - such as the Scabbard piercing through his skin but Oden straight up cutting through Kaido's dragon scales.

If people believe that top tiers are not able to do the same thing against Kaido, if not even performing better, this would be just pure ignorance.

While WB was TOTALLY pierced by Squardo and marine fodders?

Was WB known for his durability?
Was WB as strong as his prime self?

Then how can you compare these two things? Hurting Kaido with Haki far weaker than Oden's is more important than a fodder stabbing Sickbeard.

Well, as fun as it may be to shit on Kaido, nothing has changed about his strength.
Only those who thought he was invincible, got their bubble popped but that's it.
Nobody is invincible and Kaido isnt either. To me, that was clear from the start.

You dont have to think too much about it to guess where this fight between Scabbards and Minks against Kaido is going.
It results in their defeat and considering their numbers and especially their quality, that will be quite some flex for Kaido.
Mink kings in sulong form are straight-up monsters, undoubtedly YC level, perhaps even rivaling YC1s.
Rest of the Scabbards are at least near the weakest YCs while strongest among them probably rank around YC3-YC2.

If Kaido beats all of them without going into his hybrid form, that will be insane, dont underestimate the power of numbers.
With all that being said, with each chapter passing, it becomes more and more obvious that Zorojuro is claiming a dragon head.

Something to note though is Kaido didn't use his own CoA to block. So it's possible that even Advanced CoA doesn't work. Only the internal destruction one works. Which means only Luffy gets to beat him.

this actually gives me hope though, maybe Kaidou can still be that strong for that kind of "only Luffy can finally beat him" scene.

What??? Kaido is known for his imense strenght as well not ONLY durability, kaido One shot Luffy like no other, he One shot oden ( of course even thought he was not paying attention).

And what you mean ALL the top tiier have to do what oden did? Oden being alive today would be a younko, he was even a little above a younko (kaido) back there, today he would be EXACTLY an yonko If alive. So no, not every top tier can have his top ryou level. Like not every top tier can have katakuri Future sight level.

Kaido being a LITTLE BIT pierced by Ryou is more than amazing.
