That the scabbards stabbed kaido isnt bad writing. They wanted to avenge their master by taking his advice and putting their soul into 1 attack. And they did that. If the red scabbards had no confrontation with kaido this arc. Then that would be bad writing.

I have nathing against of scabbards stabbing Kaido, I expected Asura Doji and Denjiro to have advanced haki and do more damage than they did now. What I'm against is that Kinemon stabbed Kaido, if Kaido's durability can be bypassed by someone like Kinemon then Oda's writing is BS. He shouldn't have hyped Kaido's durability to that degree, it was his biggest mistake and don't take me wrong, Kaido is still thugh and damaging him is thugh but Kinemon stabbing Kaido is the end of Oda's legacy.

People shouldn't be mad that the nine red scabbards enjured Kaido, Oden has around 5/6 YC level characters and no Yonko can get rid off 5 YC easily and with sulong I'm pretty sure Kaido will be pushed to mid and maybe even high diff by them. What should people be mad about is that Kinemon was able to hurt Kaido, no matter what you do you can't explain that, just no.

Btw, this chapters confirms that Luffy's alliance (Bartolomeo, Cavendish, etc) would not appear here.
Because with them in scene, this would be a stomp xDDD. Barto locks Kaido and Cavendish in a true "invencible" barrier with some space and Hakuba blitz Kaido and injures him until death, Kaido couldn't react to his speed).

This chapter also proves Kaido fights in dragon form when it's a war / battle vs an army
He only uses base and hybrid form when it's 1 v 1.

I wonder if he was in dragon form or switched to human form on shanks ship hm

The fandom has become toxic. Kaido is not weak.Even after getting attacked by 9 of them he is still okk here a yonko crew without yonko attacks another yonko.

So by logic kaido will get some scratches however his durability is insane(even 9 red scabbards are not enough to take him down). Wb also got wounded many times but still he was the strongest.

The only person without a single scratch is bigmom.

No they have barrier haki, they cannot remove Yamato's cuffs with penetration haki, in fact Luffy is the only one on the island who can do so, just like he is seemingly the only one on the island with future sight.

Admirals are equal to Marco per the databook. Marco and his gang got obliterated by the weakest Yonko. So admirals are far below Yonko.
