I always think kaido is still a mysterious creature. He is defeatable, but who knows that he could be killed or not. He might has strong durability, great regeneration, or something else.

The scabbards cant use odens haki. They can use the same level of haki oden used against kaido which isnt even the highest level.

Nope. Luffy learned one past this that hyou cant do which makes sense cause luffy doesnt have the lethality of a sword . The scabbards just used something thats pretty basic.

I have a assumption if King is the one defeating Who'Who and Sasaki and forced them to join Beast Pirates, thats why both of them having a beef with King.
And Queen might defeating Ulti - Page One, thats why in earlier tobi roppo introduction, Ulti trashtalking Queen.
With X - Drake, he choose to join by himself.
And i dont know about Black Maria.
