Powers & Abilities Did Base Luffy use conquerors coating vs Kizaru on their first encounter in Egghead?

Question: Did Luffy use conquerors coating on his first encounter with Kizaru, when he kicked him and kizaru blocked that kick?

The Anime clearly showed it as conquerors coating.

But even the manga does show the same characteristics as the conquerors coating being used back in wano.

Here is the panel:

The black lighntning trails comes directly from Luffys foot. Some may argue that these trails look thinner than shown in wano. But that may just be a artistic choice of oda.

Two reasons into why luffy must've used conquerors coating:

1. He recently learned conquerors coating in wano and even mastered it.

2. There is no reason for him to not use it against very strong opponents such as kizaru.

Luffy may be stupid sometimes but when it comes to battle intelligence, he's a prodigy.

Luffy is not a 1:1 copy of goku and thats what you should consider.

Yes luffy is inspired by goku when it comes to eating and being silly.

But thats it, luffy still has his own character. Just because goku often doesn't use his full power off the bat or is testing someones strength by using weaker forms, doesn't mean luffy is also doing the same. Luffy already knows how powerful kizaru is. There is no reason for him to not take kizaru seriously. His reaction is already enough when he felt kizarus presence. He was shocked and worried and called him "strong"

So, what do you guys think? Did luffy use conquerors coating on kizaru?

Luffy claims he never holds back so one would assume he did and there's no reason for him not to use it

At the same time Luffy could not have used it and just wanted to send Kizaru a message

Oda was clearly very lazy about whatever techniques Luffy was using, it wasn't a huge moment. By the looks of it, he probably just used a very tiny bit, just enough so Kizaru feels a push or pang. Of course, the anime has to turn it into something almost completely different again (even with Kizaru's back apparently glowing from "internal damage" extending all the way through).

It's just funny cause of all characters they take Luffy as example, a character who himself stated he always over extends to finish fight quickly of he has the chance because he is serious about protecting his friends

People rather character assinate characters that they are "fans" if they win some inane power scaling squabble that will be irrelevant in couple arc anyways.

My favorite WG scholars moment is when they said Luffy didn't need food to get up and he just didn't try enough although his crewmates were paralyzed and Bonney was about to get her brain blow off next to him. Actual lunacy

I already posted the panel in which Luffy clearly used acoc.

And more than that, I gave argumentations into why Luffy used it. Let me repeat for you:

1. Luffy isn't goku. It makes sense for goku to test and underestimate his opponents but luffy never does that. In fact he already knew how strong kizaru was and was even worried of him arriving on Egghead, calling him strong.

2. Luffy recently learned and mastered the strongest form of haki in Wano. He literally used it in his base, in gear 4 (+ Snakeman) and gear 5 against Kaido. There is literally no reason for him logically to not use this power against someone who he consideres as strong and a threat. He even said to Kizaru "We're 100x stronger than back then." while kicking him with what looks like acoc but with thinner lightning as usual. How ever the design of that lightning trail is exactly the same as the lightning trails that are being used in wano. It leaks from his foot and creates a snake like trail behind.

Question for you and all the deniers:
Would it make sense for luffy not using the strongest and most potent form of haki against someone who himself called "strong" and was visibly worried of his arrival on egghead? He was even sweating while he said "someone strong is coming!". If you say yes, then explain why. Don't use Oda as your argument because it's a strawman argument at this point. Oda isn't stupid and he does not have memory issues like toriyama had by forgetting stuff he implemented in the past. Not going to mention that egghead is a arc directly after wano. Unless you say his memory is even worse than fucking Toriyama, don't even bring Oda in your argument.
