Meh, instead Fred and Thompson stepped up, both averaged 14 pts in the regular season.
It was always the series for the Warriors to win or lose, they should have closed it in 6.

I think the Rockets had the advantage on paper with the improvements their players were showing by the end of the regular season
Thompson became a legitimate All Defensive first team candidate and FVV was knocking down his shots
Jalen Green averaged 21/5/3 on iffy efficiency during the regular season
If he plays even slightly worse then the Rockets still take it. The problem is all of his numbers plummeted in the playoffs. 4/7 single digit games, sub 40% shooting from the field, terrible from 3, while offering pretty much nothing else on the court
Sucks even more cause he's supposed to be the n1 scoring option and he looked more like he should've been coming off the bench. Dude was horrible the whole series except for 1 game
People used to say he was as good as Cade man... I still can't believe it
The nerves got to the Rockets but they still kept themselves within distance especially in the 3rd. Warriors kind of suck ass too if you think about it lol. They need a real center in their rotation, don’t like their odds to win a chip with this small ball lineup. Their core are grandpas in athlete years after all. But let’s see, I still have faith in them.
Thank you Buddy! Steph haters would’ve been too loud.
Warriors beat the 2nd seed like it was expected. If only the Dubs had a 6man big because JK isn’t it. Either way this playoffs will be interesting

Sure based on the entire season, Warriors with Jimmy were 23-7 though, especially end of the season in which playoff ball is already prevalent. Extrapolate that to the entire season, Warriors´ record is only beaten by OKC and Cavs.
Rockets are impressive but still very young and inexperienced, hence why I think it was the series to be won or lost by the Warriors.
Most of the Rockets had their playoff debut in this series.
In this context, pushing 7 was impressive.
