I've been thinking Nami's going to get seriously injured since Robin got hurt in Egghead, and Sanji had such an emphasis on defending Nami in Egghead. More or less, I think Nami taking serious damage will trigger Sanji's next physical/Haki boost.

I can def see Sanji failing to attack Gunko/Imu, then Nami getting hurt as a result, and Black Hair Sanji coming out.
