No, once Luffy became a sky-splitter he was above Yamato by a margin. Gaban has not shown sky-splitter ACoC, nor does he have any crazy ACoC feats like Oden heavily wounding Kaido.

Prime Gaban was definitely Admiral level just saying a character exists who has the exact same abilities as Gaban and he wasn't even top-tier.

Besides, acoc is basically using coc like acoa. Which means anyone with acoc automatically has acoa.
