Scum need to look like they are trying to catch scum.
Scum fabricate excuses to claim that they find someone suspicious. These excuses can be pinpointed using common sense.
So why did you agree with Flower's plan earlier and say we should go with that instead? Also your maths is wrong but not getting into that right now.
this was my response to flower suggesting the watcher plan
then later on told her this
the only flower plan i agreed with and still do was the 7-7-7, because it's a somewhat improvement from my original plan which was 4-4-4-4-4
Ratchet defies common sense by trying to distort a very clear thought process* from Ekko and disparages Ekko.
Scum try to look suspicious of someone that is in no danger of being lynched so they are uninvolved with the lynch of a townie.

Then he "paces" Ekko's reality, a subtle manipulation technique best understood as a form of ingratiation.
Okay, I accept that. But I do think it's noteworthy how disparate your reactions have been- when it came to my plan, because you were forced to disagree on principle you act like it made no sense and repeatedly have postured against it, yet with Flower you clearly understand the merits and only really have issue with the implementation of it.
Then with Flower, she doesn't have any issue with you saying not to do it, but insists that I'm discrediting her plan because it's just sooooo good that I must do so. Despite me not discrediting it at all but working with it.
IOW he feigns agreeing with parts of Ekko's stance [or feigns understanding] to make us think they are on the same page or that his critique is balanced, even though he logically [misrepresents Ekko's actual preference for the 7-7-7 plan over Flower's]. AKA appeasing us and sweeping the core misrepresentation under the rug, as you might say.
And you read all this and have nothing else to add but nod your head and like her posts and +1 where you can, while -1 mine...
Then he deviates the attention on something else [Ekko's supposed reactions to others] in a quick ninja move to get out from the attention on his misrepresentation of Ekko's preference here.
There you go. I can understand that didn't make a big deal out of what seemed at first as an innocent mistake on Ekko's intentions but I hope I have exposed my reasons clearly enough.
*If Ekko were to say his clear stance (by the way, he did) [e.g., "i never agreed with the watcher plan" and "the only flower plan i agreed with and still do was the 7-7-7"], that is a very relevant point that the mafia would [want to obscure by suggesting he was flip-flopping or confused] regardless of whether we say it or not.
