With either a Luffy/Law/Kid, or Luffy/Zoro/Kid/Killer focus. With maybe Kin, Kanjuro, masked Yamato or Jinbei around the sides. Or a big Scabbard focused one, but I don't think that's as likely.

Doubt we'll get the TR until the Beast Pirates only volume cover, and given how it's been done in the past that won't happen until the fights have started, so not this volume.

That means the official colour of tobi roppo is postponed too.

the last volume (volume 96) contains the chapter from Chapter 965 until Chapter 974.
So its safe to say, for volume 97, it will contains the chapter from chapter 975 (the start of onigashima raid), until chapter 984 (yamato reveal)
So, the cover for volume 97 had a high possibility with tobi roppo in it, and Yamato still with her mask.

The TR will probably be saved for the big Beast Pirates villain cover, which based on the past won't be happening until later in the arc when the fights start.
