I’m still willing to bet he is former Qi military who left the state due to Qi’s history as warmongers.

Yoko Yoko is the good surprise of this arc.
Dude was introduced like a big brute and ended up making speeches and being the one who will lead the Han army for Qin.
Seeing how he handled the situation, he may have known a similar one in a different state.
He will most likely being placed under one of the Qin 6. Place your bets. Ousen seems the most logical answer, he is rebuilding his army and will be the one to go after Zhao next.

From Hans POV, the cards came crashing down once Haku lost his life.
It forced Rakuakan into a 2vs1 position and with Kyoukai’s own progression into being an even greater clone of Kyou, it cemented his fate. Day 1 was up for grabs and Raku did not look out of place against Tou of all people. Haku dying, forced the retreat.
Day two resulted in it being Raku + low morale troops vs Tou, his 3 subs, Shin and evolved Kyoukai, all with highly boosted troops.
