Communism is non-functional on a state/national level, it can only work in small communities.
I think both Capitalist and Socialist economies can be functional, and in a lot of cases they develop naturally based on the resources in the area.
IE, if humans go through a period where resources are diminished, capitalism is natural, because only some people are going to be able to survive based on the limited resources, and the tribe/pack should prioritize the most efficient/strong members surviving. Fighting over these resources to see who is most capable of surviving in the environment is natural, not evil. Animals have these "wars" all the time, they just aren't documented because the Ants ain't writing that shit down.
In a period of growth and abundance, like what we have worldwide, we should be socialist, because we have enough resources to share effectively with everyone.
It would be one thing if people were trying to hoard wealth in a global economy that was crippled and fragmented. That's simply not the case.
We have more than enough food + water + medicine + energy to go around.
The people hoarding this wealth are simply psychopaths that hate sharing because they falsely believe they are superior to Middle Eastern or Mexican Children due to religions/ideologies created by crazy people.
Modern crime exists because the Banker Class would rather have use at each other's throats, than allow everyone to live in peace... because they wants slaves.
That's why we have poor Mexicans selling Fent on the sidewalk:
Because scum like Trump and Musk are too lazy to wipe their own asses and want slaves to do it for them, and they need an endless supply of poor children they can fly on Epstein's plane and have clean the manors on his island.
That is the sole reason we don't have universal healthcare and sensible food distribution: because getting rid of the current system would mean getting rid of the slavery rich people love so much.
We're allowing global suffering on this level

There's a reason the rich/political classes have spent a good chunk of human history financing schools and cults to teach children that royalty/nobility are "godly".
That's why I just despise organized religion in general.
It's so hard to keep organized religion from becoming a cult. Kids need to find their own path when it comes to spirituality/faith, everyone has their own strengths/own path.

Im from NY, the bronx specifically. If you ever stepped outside downtown manhattan you'd know the city has a lot of space lol.
Large firms buying stuff isn't the issue as long as they build stuff. Luxury buildings ironically help stabilize housing prices as rich people just move to those and landlords are forced to lower the prices to compete.
