So, if Elbaf does actually have a thing where time is slower or something, doesn't that mean however everything concludes, by the time Imu returns, whether or not he is severed from Gunko, Mariejois could be in even worse shape?
...

Wait holy shit

You're right, that would be crazy

fleetwat

Edit: Imu getting fucked over by time dilation is also the funniest "nah bro you ain't god" shit Oda could pull, LOL

Imu: "Wait... the time dilation... Garling was baking cookies... THAT'S WHY MARIJOA IS ON FIRE, WE LEFT THE FUCKING COOKIES IN THE GOD DAMN OVEN, FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU-"

Awful, saw an instagram post of some guy talking about some dude who uses both observation and conqueror at the same time. And they were yapping about Loki having a sharingan 😭😭😭😭😭
That *is* pretty shit. Here, let me try my hand at some slightly more believable fake spoilers:

Chapter 1,154: The Accursed Prince
-A soldier finds Loki, having crawled up Adam, and unaware of what happened. He brings him back to the Palace. Estrid sees Loki and is so frightened, she has a heart attack and dies.
-We cut to a few years later. Harald is back and learned of his son's birth. But he is a violent, unruly child.
-The elders tell Harald that Loki is a monster and he must die, but Harald is adamant. But he also admits he has difficulty connecting to him.
-Hajrudin tried to teach Loki a lesson, but was horribly beaten. Ida consoles him, trying to suggest they make up, but he refuses.
-A villager insults Loki, so he burns the village down.
-The chapter ends with a teen Loki seeing a ship sailing to Elbaf with "Rocks" on the sail.

Now, how was that?

Kaido's entire character focus is wanting to die in a glorious battle against strong opponents

And people think Kaido wanted to go to Marineford to backstab his former Nakama dying of cancer by killing him when Whitebeard was trying to rescue his son?

The Fuck?!??!?
Power Scalers just like to shit on Kaido because they have no explanation as to why their fave isn't weaker than him

The people that think Kaido would backstab his former Nakama while attacking him, when he was riddled with cancer, when Newgate was trying to save his son, are lost in powerscaling.

Kaido had an entire rant on how much he despised the CDs ruling the world, and some will still lie and pretend he hated Whitebeard

When the fuck did Kaido say he wanted to kill Whitebeard?

Am I crazy (Well, yes, but...)

Does anyone have a single explanation, for why Kaido would choose to attack his former Nakama, Whitebeard, over the Celestial Dragons he actually hates?

imo you shouldn't put to much faith in shamrock.

guy said loki was a weakling and could never beat him. Then tried to kill loki while he was changed down and defenseless. showing he actually a coward. If he was good he would have unchained loki first. Then duel loki in a death match.
I think Shamrock got pissed off that Loki insulted his family.

If Shamrock wanted Loki to be dead, he'd be dead.

Shamrock was more or less taunting Loki: "I'll let you live, but you're too weak to fight me, bitch" was more or less the message.

Loki was chained with no ability to resist and Shamrock let loose an attack so strong that Loki said it could kill him: IE, Shamrock could have killed Loki, but didn't.

This is because Sommers referenced Shamrock being friends with Harald.

Shanks referenced meeting Harald in the Holy Land: it's very likely that Shanks and Shamrock both met Harald in Marijoa, possibly together.

Shamrock liked Harald, and low-key hates Loki for killing him. But, Shamrock is conflicted because he knows it was the CDs/Imu's fault.

Ooooh. Wait. What if he doesn't?

It's obvious at this point that Imu Domi Reversi'd Harald.

I mean, all we know is the marines got a report among themselves that he went to kill WB. Obviously it could be propaganda, but it´s not like we know anything else about the situation(15 years later btw)

He could have just wanted to have a duel to death with him, it´s not like the public knew WB was sick anyway really.

Kaido knew about Wano having Ancient Weapons, and had a former Cipher Pol Agent in his Crew, while keeping the CP0 near him.

Kaido clearly made a strong effort to keep up with WG actions.

My point is: we have a lot of narrative evidence to Kaido wanting Joy Boy to exist.

What narrative evidence is there for Kaido wanting to fight Whitebeard, his former Nakama, besides people online saying he did?

I can't think of a single piece of canon One Piece material that states Kaido wanted to kill Whitebeard.

When?

I mean, he fought Big Mom, who was also a Rocks pirate, and it´s not like the crew weren´t always fighting eachother anyway.

Even WB and Roger wanted to have one last battle with eachother before Roger died, and for a pirate, going out in a fight is respectable I guess.

Kaido likely went there to aid Whitebeard but the CD rat prevented him.

I hate that people act like Kaido was mindless:

Oda introduced Nika in the same arc Kaido talked about being Joy Boy for a reason: it's because Kaido hated growing up in a country full of opression, and wanted Joy Boy to be real.

I think that's Kaido's big tragedy: he's the Kuma who gave up on acting like Nika.

Kaido put all his efforts into creating Joy Boy, rather than ACTING LIKE Joy Boy... and so he failed

Imagine Shamrock is the one who told Shanks Kaido was coming to Marineford???????

Wait wait wait... Oda can pull some crazy shit going forward

If you think about it, Kaido/Oden could have this kind of contrast

Both were very strong since they were kids, but since Wano was isolated Oden grew up esentially living an easy life and spending his time fighting criminals, while Kaido was forced to fight wars for his country, without really consenting. Oden basically ¨betrayed¨ his country while breaking the law, while Kaido´s country betrayed him and sold him out.

I think Akainu vs Ace could be similar btw, even though Ace was technically being hunted down, he was kept safe by Garp and his mom kind of

Akainu and Teach may end up with the worst backkstories in OP
