No i do not expect Gorosei here, they were just used last arc to showcase their powers. And thats my problem because fundamentally while it was cool, Saturn effectively got replaced and Kizaru is still perfectly fine, therefore basically resolving nothing on the WG side. And while I love Egghead, I dont want Elbaf to repeat the same idea again, i.e. Tease Imu and then he fucks off and nobody actually loses fundamentally.

My big issue with relegating everything to "the final war" as @MonochromeYoru puts it means that many of these characters will get fucked with panel time. So yes, instead of Imu getting an exposition arc in a possessed body, Id rather have Shamrock's plot be the focus because it gives him the panel space he'd deserve here. Same idea with Akainu or Blackbeard, I absolutely hope they aren't just thrown into some major final conflict where really Luffy only needs to fight Imu and these 2 get shafted and catharsis isnt achieved for Ace properly.

That has always been my big worry about this story. We are answering alot of questions, I know, but it doesnt change the fact that storylines are not ending, they just get pushed forward. Its why I MASSIVELY hope Big Mom and Kaido are just plainly dead or irrelevant for the rest of the story.

fair enough. But I think the exposition of Imu, and while this happens all the rest of the world makes their moves, BBP, Shanks, Revs, and what not. Is moving the plot pretty fast. It means we get an introduction to Imus abilities well before Imus actual arc
