No I’m saying hyping characters for being “level 6 prisoners” doesn’t matter cause oda doesn’t even care to preserve that hype and made them literal hype tools for CP9.

He also made a Warlord a hypetool for Aramaki but that doesn't mean Aramaki beats every Warlord (though he beats nearly every one), Mihawk would still high diff him.
This isn't as simple as "one level 6 prisoner got slammed by Lucci, so all of them do!"
They don't go to level 6 purely due to strength

Luffy just wants to be free. I don't think the story so far pushes Luffy to be the one who brings people together. Just to free them.

I'd say the dawn strongest connection would be with bringing Fishmen Island to the surface.

Whats hilarious about this is, while true, that Bounty Hunter Jean Ango says that he knows where those Level 6 escapees are during Dressrosa, in which Lucci is there by the end as a CP0 member lol. I just think Oda wanted an easy way out of that mess.

As Blackbeard said, a pirate crew often is just a bunch of pirates teaming up for common interests. You should know this well protecting your Ex-Admiral boy Aokiji who became a Blackbeard commander. Both Whitebeard and Kaido pointed out how too many conqueror's teaming up is bound to fail, as everyone has their own agenda and strives to conquer.

Don't be mad because a great pirate squashed an admiral.

That's like expecting Jack or Queen to be able to give Old Gaban a good fight

You are making this worse with each reply, it gets dumber and dumber. It doesn't work the way you think it does.
Admirals are not what people thought they were, they are not the big bosses that Yonkos are.
They are not in conversation for the World's Strongest.
They get sacrificed as hype tools for people like Yonkos which is what Rocks was.

The opposite doesn't happen, a Yonko is not sacrificed for Admiral's hype.
The big shots do not meet anywhere close to as often as you implied this with >38 years...
It has been decades since Yonkos saw each other, guess how many times Garp/Sengoku even encountered Yonkos in those 38 years?
Especially as a desk pusher in the position of a fleet admiral... Close to never.

Also, when a Yonko falls, it is after a gauntlet against many people.
Admirals will fall as side battles for "random people" in 1vs1...

Like cmon, even Brook can be useful against Big Mom. You’re telling me Sanjuan and Vasco combined can’t help against Garp?
