Ya it's not related to question.
Xebec is the one who cut the mountain with his fingers. He's not carrying any sword as well so not a swordsman (a swordsman always carry his sword and we can clearly see WB blade and Shiki swords) ...
Normally, when we ask questions then we raise our fingers right to the level of our face and then use fingers to signal numbers of questions
Fingers either face the person we are asking questions or towards us....we all do it in same way....in short fingers stay parallel to the person
But xebec fingers are parallel to the sky or ground......
Law use it in his room....
So, either he used Ope ope no mi...
Or
Some advanced haki....to cut mountain

2) Marshall could be the family name of his mother
3) Didn't seek revenge with Ace and Luffy - even invited them to join the crew.
4) Didn't seek other yonkous who abandoned Xebec at God Valley
5) Carrying will of Xebec by having the ambition "the king of the world" and rising in ranks like Xebec himself....

I’d imagine that he did.
That fruit is a core reason why Newgate is he who is in the series. Plus he hasn’t really peaked at that point. In order for him to roll with Rocks who has killed an Admiral 8 years ago, Newgate would need to at least have that. Reckon Shiki also had his Float Float fruit as well. Though it’d also be interesting if like Teach Rock’s pirates were also on the hunt for powerful DFs ^^

I've even seen someone propose that Rocks had the Ope Ope and used it to switch identities with IMU.
The original IMU died in God Valley in Rocks' body, while the current IMU is Rocks' male personality in OG IMU's female body.
Although, ofc, that would not explain IMU's reaction to JB's haki in Egghead.
