Essentially calling Nami a non functional, mutated, deformed third wing. Which is worse than just not including her. The whole idea is that Oda is relating the trios relationship to the nature of birds. They are bilaterally symmetrical, like all animals and the addition of a third wing would completely throw off the balance needed for flight, which defeats the whole purpose of having wings, which completely destroys the metaphor.
I think the end of the cover story is BB's attack on Wano, I think Yamato's development should be in the story not in a cover.
But whatever it is, I think this cover story will be important in the end.

It's wild to me how people are scaling Loki so high with such confidence before ever seeing him fight. Not even based on what people said about him, but based on your assumtions of what might have happened based on what one person said.
Even if Gaban said Loki was stronger than him or that beating him was what made Shanks a yonko, which he didn't, that isn't how One Piece scales. Big Mom was portrayed like an unkillable god, then got man handled by Jinbei and Franky, and Law face tanked her CoC punches.
The fact that ya'll can take one or two panels of Gaban saying he's really strong and completely ignore a legitimate invitation from Luffy for nothing but powerscaling reasons is crazy.

B-but my overgrown gatekeeper yonko level giant new favorite character needs to join the crew to so I can upscale Shiryu and Laffite to above the Loki strong enough to force Shanks to go deal with him.
