"If WGS was equal to Emperor title, then Mihawk wouldn't mind being an Emperor since it wouldn't matter to him if he was or if he wasn't, but he specifically says he doesn't want it because being WGS is more peaceful, meaning its safer for him."
"If WGS was equal to emperor title" You haven't even clarified in what metric it would be equal to a Yonko title.
Mihawk's title already surpasses everyone in it's metric, because we have an example of Mihawk being stated to be superior to a Yonko in the very metric his title suggests.
So his title objectively makes him superior to Yonko objectively, this isn't something anyone can argue against. If someone does it's better to just ignore them.
Even if one were to say they mean which is superior overall, it's redundant because the overall purpose of Mihawk's title in the story imposes his superiority in the aspect of his title in the narrative, which is based off individual strength.

This Erkan kid seems to try to use Mihawk's disinterest, to claim that Mihawk is too weak willed to, or is incapable of successfully holding a Yonko title because of said disinterest. But he cannot prove this objectively, everything he says is just his opinion, and subjective interpretation of the panels he posts.
If it wasn't clear enough, Mihawk's bounty is said to be suitable for the position of his title, and his bounty is already within the realm of Yonko.
He then tries to argue that because Mihawk minds how having a Yonko title would impact his lifestyle, it must mean that his reputation as the WSS must be inferior to that of a Yonko, because being the WSS is safer.
This argumentation is laughable, because it ignores the entire history of Mihawk's rise to becoming the WSS, as if the path Mihawk chose wasn't already that dangerous to begin with. But if Zoro's journey to WSS is any indication, of course it is very dangerous to progress to that level of strength. And the reason Mihawk went through that journey is because of his interest in swordsmanship.
And so saying the WGS title is safer is a redundant point, the WGS title is simply a culmination of his history of battle and reputation as being the best. Just because no one is good enough to fuck with Mihawk, which is why Mihawk is tired of life and waiting for Zoro, is not a good point to say the path Mihawk tread wasn't on the same level of danger as becoming a Yonko, just because he's not fighting currently.
As well as this, after losing his Warlord title, he's being chased by marines anyway, even when he's not a Yonko.
Actually we know that most people going after a yonko, don't even make it to the Yonko. Because they get bodied by the crews alliances and territories or crews before they can even reach them. So having the position of Yonko and that coming with having the territory and alliances and crews, actually guarantees more safety in this aspect.
Erkan could choose to point out that shanks had fodder as his fleet, but he is an outlier, so this point would also be redundant. He also has his most well rounded crew, and cross guild is far from that currently.
Mihawk simply doesn't care to manage all the other political responsibilities a Yonko has. WSS is not a political title. It's one based on individual strength.
Therefore he took the route of swordsmanship, used piracy as a tool, and still ended up in the realm of Yonko in terms of reputation.
It's in Mihawk's favour to gain the benefits of a Yonko by using buggy, and not having to manage it all.

Honestly anything this Erkan kid says has as much worth as the dump I took this morning
