He's a celestial dragons kid who ended up in a treasure chest to be discovered. Maybe there's an old prophecy about a kid in a chest?

I don't think you get how bad it would be if Soyboy's descendent existed just to like, be killed by a guy who tricked her. This would be worse then Ace being an emo jobber, because Ace at least was kind of cool. Plus, wouldn't it make more sense if Joyboy was from some type of minority race like a bucaneer,which is why they did a great sin in the past?

@soupongo And then there’s the fact that Joyboy’s silhouette looks a lot like Shanks

That's just how Oda's archetypical pirates looks like, since Shanks was the first one he made, and Joyboy is supposed to be the first pirate ever

Homeless Emperor was pretty cool too and set up God lore
Evil Natural Water was a cool “force of nature” type villain and had a pretty cool fighting style
Overgrown Rover was pretty menacing villain and served his role of “guard dog” pretty well
Fuhrer Ugly was an absolute demon and turned OPM into a Seinen every time he fought
Gums was meh
Nyan was aight
Phoenix Man was one of the coolest OPM villains
Gouketsu did a great job at setting the bar for Dragons
Elder Centipede was the Vista of OPM

No idea which clash was stronger than the other, the point was skysplit is not by default the superior clash. Big Mom and Kaidou's skysplit didn't wipe out anyone even close to a 5km radius, same goes for Shanks and WB's skysplit. The only contender rn to me is WB and Roger's clash. It is very likely Oda is avoiding giving skysplit to non pirates, doesn't make Garp or Harald any weaker than rooftop Luffy.

Roger vs WB looked impressive because of the massive shockwave, skysplit was not even the focus visually in Oden flashback. I wouldn't say Harald vs Xebec was stronger than this clash but without a doubt it felt more powerful than Kaido vs BM that didn't affect the bystanding BP fodders the slighest. I feel you gotta have crazy brainrot to say otherwise

Roger vs WB looked impressive because of the massive shockwave, skysplit was not even the focus in Oden flashback. I wouldn't say Harald vs Xebec was stronger than this clash but without a doubt it felt more powerful than Kaido vs BM that didn't affect the bystanding BP fodders the slighest. I feel you gotta have crazy brainrot to say otherwise

There's also the fact that BM and Kaidou were touching, while Harald and Xebec had the same effect that made Oden's jaw drop.

He won't have it because Zoro does, like it or not. Oda went out of his way to show Shanks using it before Luffy showed it, but Mihawk still hasn't used it, years after Zoro did

Zoro and Mihawk aren't the same. Zoro wants to be the strongest, and Mihawk wants someone to surpass him, or to have a good rival. That's why he's under the WG as a warlord then under Buggy. Buggy is more likely to get COC then Mihawk

I'd count Orochi and Psykos in the group as well. Orochi had one of the best monster designs, period.
