For me personally, it's because her design doesn't warrant such treatment. Her body shape, her facial features, her physical attributes, etc, is on the generic/common side.

Unless her charms is boosted by DF like Hancock, or because it's her top tier CoC and she has ultra charisma. Now that's more believable.

Or because she is beautiful and did something super awesome. That's reasonable for her to be this impactful.

But pure beauty alone? Nah. Not even in our modern (simp) world.

To be completley fair, that is Oda's limitation as an artist.
I believe Oda has even admitted this.

Boa and Hoyori don't look super special either, yet they are at the peak of beauty in current timberline.

We are just to imagine and believe they are peak feminine builds in verse.

Law will go to Hachinosu to rescue his crew and Koby will definitely spin the block to save Garp with all 3 of them there i can see it being bought up, its been mentioned and bought up to many times for it to just be an afterthought

First it made Law a shichibukai, Koby considered a modern marine hero and BB took over Hachinosu

BB also mentioned it again during the raid on Amazon Lily

The Rocky Port Incident is one of the most significant events that didnt involve the strawhats

Nah Gloriosa and Buckingham fit that bill waaay more lol. That's what falling off looks like, Shakky at the very least looks like she took care of herself meanwhile the other two stumbled into their bad timelines. That's falling off!

You'd think she'd have gotten comments from at least old dudes around her age about her beauty and how she looks good even at 60+ but we don't even get this lmao.
