Someone reckoned he's over exerted himself doing all these colour spreads and the chapters too and whatever else.
Given he's been eating so much fast food, possibly as a quick, easy option naturally to keep himself going, he's probably just in poor health due to all of this and will hopefully recover soon.

I think people should stop jumping on "overwork" "get assistants" , everytime there is a break.
He could have gotten the flu or some shit for all we know. He's got dozens of assistants and better technology with more breaks in schedule so i doubt he's working as hard as he used to in the early days.
