Shanks and Sanji have some interesting parallels. Garling is definitely his Judge.
They both became estranged from their evil families. Both of their dads are evil scientists. Both are considered scum by their family. Both have siblings devoid of humanity. Both have good mothers who died because of their fathers (well Sora was more indirect). Shanks is also the only Figarland that's left handed, which demonstrates his defiance of celestial culture. Sanji destroyed the raid suit, Shanks lost his "mark." Both are known for both their kindness and their rage. Shanks' fleet is notoriously weak. Sanji is the shield of the pirate king and protects those weaker than him. He also is considered scum for protecting Cosette.
Obviously they also have pretty big personality differences. Shanks isn't a perv.

But, tbh, SHs vs BBPs one on one would be much more fitting end to this series.
Everyone getting a solo fight - pirates vs pirates...a befitting end to a pirate manga.

Garp didn’t train Coby to use his fighting style, Coby took that upon himself.
ImU is definitely a team game but as you have said, not feeling him as FV.
But, tbh, SHs vs BBPs one on one would be much more fitting end to this series.

It could be that the straw hats defeat the BBPs, then the final war, and at the end of the final war Blackbeard comes back solo to defeat Luffy and become the new King after Imu's defeat kinda like how he cleaned up at MF.
btw its Zoro fans fault that Luffy now gets 99.99% of the story focus, Zoro got way too popular and Oda hated that Zoro got more motion than Luffy. so he started to only give Luffy focus to counter balance it. what he did not understand is that it only made it worse and people start to dislike Luffy more and more because of that. and the only reson why Zoro did not win the last pool is because every other fandom started to vote for Luffy instead of they favorite because they hate him.
If Zoro had more action the manga would sell 70% better at least, people will cry about it but Zoro is almost as popular as Luffy while having 1/3 of his panel time yikes.

Blackbeard is no oppressor or dominator.
Fair if true, but they're still not highlighted nearly as much as Koby is.
Again, unless you think Sabo was in the spread just for him to fight Sommers in the final war, or Kuzan because he'll fight Jinbe, no reason to say nonsense like "Koby's penultimate fight will be against Pizarro who he already heavily injured with one attack while simultaneously completely destroying his mountain arm". It's very clear how Oda will be doing things soon.
