Oh come on, I know the difference of awakening a paramecia or zoan fruit but Katakuri technically has all the requirements to awaken his Dragon DF since he was shaping his whole persona purely to protect his family. He is not like Kaido at all on that part.
Also, Katakuri's fruit isn't low graded, this is one of the strongest paramecia fruits we've seen so far - with logia-like abilities. It's specifically called a "special paramecia", so how is it low graded again? Plus, when Luffy was asking Katakuri if he's awakened, he gave a response as if being awakened is just a side quest lol:
Needless to say, Katakuri might even find ways to shape his dragon mode into a donut lol

Azure dragon is seen as guardian spirit of Japan. Which is what kaidou was doing for wano from the outside world, aramaki legit confirmed that.
How he was exploiting wano for himself is another thing.
Katakuri fruit regarded as Special paramacia is a correction, previous it was labelled as logia and then Oda made it special paramacia.
Molding your body isn't a big thing for a certain type of Paramacia users, there is categorization in paramacia itself,
Magallen devil fruit is similar, he can mold his body as well. But magallen fruit definitely more overpowered than katakuri and not even awakened.
Fruit awakening is tougher for OP fruit, Look at Kaidou, Bigmom, Whitebeard, Blackbeard, Fujitora.
His fruit is quite average. It's user what made it OP with how he used it alongside FS.

Whitebeard, Bigmom, Kaidou are overpowered even at base stat.
Awakening is almost like reality bending in most cases or bypasses normal norms.
Giving them such power on top of already top tier ability will make them unbeatable.
Just Katakuri using CoC doesn't damage any surrounding like Shanks does.
Knocking out fodder is the most basic form of CoC.
Rayleigh at Katakuri age was far far stronger than him. Same goes for zoro.

His super hardening is useless by the time we came into wano rooftop stage. Compared to his peers.
Basic CoC is useless against King and Marco.
King and Marco are Endurance and defense monster with better AP and king having beyyer Haki then katakuri in CoA. And Better AP with Lunarian hax.
King and Marco clears Katakuri easier than you think lol.
Hard diff at best.
- His CoC is useless to comparable fighter.
- His FS is useless against King AoE and Marco Regen.
- His hax is weaker than King and Marco both.
King legit has a speed mode designed in his hax lol and without flame would have better Endurance katakuri.

Eris being a former pirate and thinking the Davy clan/God Valley people would hate her is very interesting.

Now Xebec will end up dying. It's same as those dozen Dramas where good nature of wife ultimately end up ruining the plan, and the Husband dies/both dies.
