Shanks advCoC doesnt exist as he is not a pure swordsman like xebec.
To qualify to be WSS your advCoC has to make denizens of andromada galaxy pass away and Shanks advCoA not advCoC range is only earths atmosphere

Mihawk by all logic is above Roger and Xebec and Shanks by being his rival is probably too.
Mihawk fans would easily give Shanks the credit but the opposite is rarely done.
They love putting Shanks in some special bracket but would never humor the idea that Shanks can be all that and still weaker than Mihawk.

Mihawk fans dont need validations from Shanks fans, they need feats. By feats I mean confirmed kills of top tiers, or defeating an admiral with one shot.
If Shanks' WiFi haki stopped Greenbull, Mihawk's WiFi haki will make him faint. Don't you want to see something like this? There won't be any debate left.
Even if some Shanks fans like myself agree that Mihawk can be stronger, others can still doubt him because they have not seen anything from him on panel in 1100+ chapters.

It shouldn't be a debate, and the fact that it is, essentially leaves room to idea that a concept directly established in the manga by the author and reinforced again and again is being denied by certain huge section of fanbase.

Kamusari is such a complex sword technique that you have to become one with the blade and become purest form of swordsman in love with your blade to accomplish.
Someone like Rayleigh who is a CoC specialist never bothered learning a Sword shockwave like Kamusari.
