but tbh, boycotting this on a private level isnt going to achieve anything, the meat industry is smart enough to also cash in on the veggie/vegan market anyway. another big issue lies in the extreme selective breeding in the domestication of animals, like for example certain dog breeds with severe medical issues.
Yeah I'm aware it's pretty hard to make them stop what they're doing
It's just the way this world is tbh

???

What do you think boycotts are for dude?

If you boycott a product you will send a clear message to the producr that this product is not desired by society. Therefore they will produce less of that product and more on what society wants.

What your message says is that you only care about seeing the company bankrupt

no im saying you are not hurting the meat industry if you turn to veggie/vegan products that the meat industry is selling lmao.

i mean sure this obviously isnt true for the entirety of veggie/vegan products, but still

Of course you are. If they are profiting from non-meats then the meat industry is getting hurt. If the company also owns non-meat products that's connected to the person not the industry.

The farmer who "produces" the cows, chickens etc that will be killed in order to provide meat will start to sell less because the demand got smaller and if this go on for too much they will end up changing their productions as well.

Is simple economy you guys seems to don't understand yet keep believing in any conspiracy theory.

The meat industry of your country thrives off of clearing ecologically crucial forests and murdering indigenous people. Sit down Lerrera and shut up for once.
