Not saying all of the admirals are guaranteed to get Domi Reversi’d, but as the top tiers closest to the WG they’re the biggest candidates out of any current characters.

This is also obviously how Imu will maintain control of the navy after the government is revealed to be the culprits drowning the world.

In terms of likelihood it goes:
1. Greenbull (bro might even willingly take the buff)
2. Akainu
3. Kizaru
4. Fujitora

I’ll be surprised if we see Domi Reversi again after Elbaf tbh. It’s been built up as the big threat for this arc. The Strawhats are currently up against it, and it’s a big part of the flashback. But that means that the Strawhats are also going to overcome it this arc, so it’s less of a threat in the future.

We can use same logic to say IMU can DR SHs allies - almost everyone.


It's possible but from story writing perspective author tends to avoid such things.


And, it makes more sense to DR enemies than your own army - Navy in this case
