Exactly it’s not about flash the movement should be fluid first and for most and the impact should be felt. Which can be difficult with Toei’s sound effects sometimes.The issue is the Mangaka doesn’t do choreography like that unless it’s a fight. Which is why Sanji often in these moments does an attack and then boom finished. He does block the sword and then kicks him , Maybe there could be some anime original choreography in there but again it’s important that the mangaka draws actual choreography.

Look at the Hachi fight, when Johnny and Yosaku threw their weapons to Zoro as he seamlessly catches them and fluidly transitions into a spinning attack which matches the movement and momentum of the blades. That's how Zoro fights, he isn't meant to be a neon green strobe light causing atomic shockwaves as he flies through the air like superman. I don't know why some people choose to support the degradation of combat choreography in an action Shonen anime.

The intention was obvious, after a long fight they can affect an entire island. It doesn´t matter how much time it took out of those 10 days really....

Also, yes, they are country to continental - that's why Kuzan was creating an ice continent very casually in PRE-TS. It's time to let go lil bro.

Creation isn´t the same thing as having the DC to do that. Btw, the Kuzan thing has arguably been retconned, since he couldn´t even reach a submarine. And I doubt Oda intends for Kuzan to be able to save people from the flood just by using his fruit.

The Kaku fight doesn't have the greatest choreo but it still has more clarity, fluidity and consistency than Zoro vs King, which was poorly adapted until the final sequence, which by the way, can't be found in the manga. The end of that battle doesn't reflect how Zoro fights. All we had was a nuclear explosion, mountains crumbling to dust, Zoro soaring through he sky and the characters replaced with light beams. This isn't how Oda drew the fight. Toei chose to portray it that way, nothing to do with Oda.
