Fujitora used a real strong attack, stronger than any attack he used on Sabo and Zoro was like "Boy please!!!" and overpowered his ass

The thing that you assume is that a swordsman would fight without a sword.
That should have made it clear that Sanji won't fight King.

as for “could have sanji defeated king too?” i would base that on how
zoro defeated king

When Zoro overpowered Fujitora's DF attack physically, and then Fujitora tells all his troops to back off in case all out fight breaks out, the fight already went past the realm of "Low diff"
Low diff is Zoro vs Hyozou where Hyozou was unable to react to even a single proper attack from Zoro.
When you can overpower a proper focused attack of your opponent and then you are ready for a drawn out battle, the fight is bare minimum mid diff.
If you think Fuji vs Zoro in Dressrosa was a low diff, I wanna meet your drug dealer.
Just because Sanji is ass, Luffy is ass, commanders are ass doesn't mean Zoro is as well.

Yes fujitora an admiral low diffs zoro. Hell a yonko commander would probably able to aswell and fuji is definitely stronger than all of them
Fuji wasn't serious though all of dressrosa even while clashing with sabo, luffy, law, ect. Man was lowkey an allie and was rooting on their victory

Would Oda end Z v S? I doubt it, because he's been playing with it for the entirety of the series. Even though zoro is stronger and everyone knows it.
I think its very likely that King could actually fight Eustass Kid and that Zoro's opponent would instead be Jack.
Jack, while being weaker than king, has always been more important

He was the antagonist of his own arc, he destroyed zou, and even now he's taking on the minks with kaido while the other calamities are still inside the mansion.
People downplay the hell out of YC3s, just because luffy beat one in WCI. But fact of the matter is that jack is probably close in strength to King.
