Man, that's pathetic. So is redon though. The fanbase is pathetic also. Just wait for the chapter to drop and call it a night, stop sucking off leakers just for early spoilers.

Nah man we deserve earlier spoilers. Only one piece got this shitty leakers, I was hoping that without redon the others would finally be free to say spoilers but if is not so then we are cooked as a community. Greatest Manga my ass, give this spoiler job to jjk, boruto, hell even 4 knights leakers

More details of the chapter, thanks to Spoilers_please from Reddit. Chapter of 17 pages.

  • Chapter 1,164: “The Will of Davy.”
  • Reader request on the cover: “Nami knitting scarves for Chopper and Zeus while Robin reads a book beside them.”
  • Chapter starts amidst the devastation of God Valley. The ground is cracked and scorched. Thunder and black flames engulf everything.
  • Rocks stands tall in the center, his body covered in shadows, eyes burning like fire. He has fully awakened his power from the “Will of Davy.”
    Rocks:     “I can hear it… the voice of the sea calling me home… That’s the will of Davy Jones… the man the world forgot!!!”
  • Imu reforms in front of him, but before Imu can attack again, Rocks punches through their chest, sending Imu flying away into the clouds.
    Rocks: “You’re not even the main dish anymore…!!”
  • Cut to Roger and Garp standing side by side, barely breathing. Their bodies are covered in blood and bruises.
    Roger: “He’s even stronger than before…”
    Garp: “That’s not just Haki… that’s something else entirely!!”
  • Rocks: “You two… I’ll end your little ‘heroic legend’ before it starts!!!”
    He vanishes and appears between them. Garp tries to block with “Galaxy Impact,” and Roger counters with “Kamusari,” but both are overpowered.
    A colossal double-page spread shows Rocks smashing Garp into a mountain and slicing Roger’s sword in half with his bare hand.
    Rocks (laughing): “Garp the Hero!? Roger the King!? All titles mean nothing before me!!!”
  • Whitebeard tries to intervene, but Rocks sends him flying with a single backhand punch, tearing through the valley’s ridge.
    Narrator: “At that moment… the world saw what true dominance looked like.”
  • Imu watches silently from afar, murmuring, “This is why the Will of Davy must never rise again…”
  • Cut to the treasure area, where baby Shanks (still hidden inside a chest) begins to cry as black lightning flickers across the sky. The sound of the baby’s cry echoes unnaturally — the sky splits open, and even Imu looks up.
  • Rocks freezes for a moment, staring in that direction.
    Rocks (trembling): “This presence… that Haki… no, it can’t be…”
    A swirl of red and gold energy bursts from the chest — a wave of pure Conqueror’s Haki that spreads across the island. Everyone — pirates, Marines, even Imu — turns in shock.
  • Roger (faintly): “That kid…?!”
    Garp (barely conscious): “Impossible… a baby… with this kind of power…?”
  • The wave hits Rocks directly, ripping through his dark aura. His face twists in disbelief as he’s engulfed in blinding light.
    Rocks (screaming): “So this is… the true Will of Davy…!!!”
    His body disintegrates into fragments of black mist that scatter into the sea.
  • Final pages:
    • God Valley falls silent.
    • Garp lies unconscious next to Roger, both staring at the destroyed sky.
    • Imu disappears into the mist, whispering: “Mu’s world… will rise again…”
    • The camera pans to the chest — baby Shanks, now peacefully sleeping as dawn breaks.
  • Narrator box: “That day, the man known as Rocks D. Xebec fell—not by the hands of kings or heroes—but by the cry of the child who would inherit the seas.”
  • End of Chapter.
  • No break next week.

Logically the first thing Kuzan would do against an legit opponent is turn the landscape back to the ice age, only then will his cooling powers work to the point where they can inflict frostbite on Akainu who is made of magma.
