Yes, his face here says it all. He was on the brink of getting overpowered. Plus, Xebec didn’t slow down which means he won the clash.
In the bottom right corner there is something that moves fast.
Clearly, WB sees that he would be overpowered by amped DomiXebec so he either retaliates with his naginata or this is a kick from Rocks.
While clashing with his right hand using Gura, his left hand with naginata is free so he could have struck Xebec's sword with it to deflect it or this is a kick from Rocks' right leg. If it is a kick, it would blow WB away into the left part of the mountain of GV and cracked it from the center of impact but what we see happening to the mountain looks like a slash.
This is either WB's retaliation with naginata causing this slash or WB's retaliation deflected Rocks' initial sword swing and this is the slash from it and the latter one is more likely here.
