Zoro never fighted Sanji how can you make those assuptions? I personaly think that even being weaker in OP world you can win stronger opponents if you are clever enought

Well don't necessarily need to see every fight to analyze how they would go, that's called power scaling. If every single fight was seen in One Piece, power scaling wouldn't mean anything, it is done for hypothetical battles.

Like we haven't seen Sanji fight Kaido but that's doesn't mean we can't make a very reasonable argument backed up by evidence in Kaido's favor.
Yeah stronger opponents can win against weaker ones due to following factors
-Exceptional will power and desire to win, which mostly applies to Zoro and Luffy, former displaying against Mr1 and latter against Katakuri. Zoro has Sanji beat in this area due to nature of characters both are.

-Match up advantages which again favors Zoro as Sanji has to defend Zoro's bladed weapons with his legs and pre TS there was no Haki either so blocking is not even an option for Sanji.

-Plot armor which is never to be used in power scaling

-Under handed tactics but we are trying to judge who is stronger here so this is useless metric
