Wow I just realized, Imcel letting Roger and Garp go after attacking him is probably worse then fattora letting Law and Luffy go in Dressrosa, since at least Fattora killed some fodder on his way. I can't believe it, but we actually have a bigger loser then the birdcage victim in this manga now
