He will have a chance to retcon that.
I can tell you for a fact that he will not retcon Rocks above Kaido.

I said it in the past but I always thought that Oda "nerfed" WB by making him unambitious compared to other top dogs.
Maybe if an all out fight were to happen in the manga Roger wouldn't stay down until WB is unable to move (so kind of like Luffy vs Katakuri) but on paper WB has pretty much every stat over Roger.

Idk what you're seeing, but in prior panels the haki was also coming from Garp and Roger but then the focus completely shifted to Xebec overpowering them and they were drawn with no haki while Xebec was drawn with haki.

Roger and garp individually used ALL their haki to take down solo skysplitter. It wasnt js some final atk after a 3-day battle

This was their majin vegeta moment a literal suicide move. Last resort youd never see in a 1v1 with clear victor

If any yonko were to do same shit the seas would shake islands would topple down all skies would clear

Devil fruit hax + awakening + advanced haki all into a single final blow would unironically wipe out 100x more than what imcel did to lulusia

Yeah I'm glad Rockstar of 8 years ago produced a good game, I have zero faith in a studio that's spent more time remastering than innovating. It'll just be bigger, newer GTA5, that shit's going to be old real fast
