However looking back on the events of Egghead, it's worth noting that more than any other Gorosei, Warcury got by far the most emphasis placed on the power of his conqueror's haki:

Following the showcase that a COC barrier (also potentially amped by Imu) can make someone virtually indestructible, I think it's safe to say Warcury's durability was actually due to the raw power of his haki and not his innate durability.

Feel like it’s also the answer to Big Mom’s durability passed the iron skin and fat it was always weird that they wanted to make her cry to lower her resistance in WCI. And she would unleash waves of CoC, it’s almost like her losing her mental tampered with her conquerors control.

I don't think so. Rocks was shown to use acoc haki to block garp and roger's attacks. This is some kind of hax most likely.

There isn't neccesarily a visual effect to guarding with COC though.

I would argue BM was always doing it subconsciously hence why she lost her durability when mentally compromised.

The Yokai that Warcury is based on is a pig with tough hide but with a soft belly.
You probably cant damage his hide so you have to exploit his weakness.
