When capitalism is regulated it works very well.

Look up any Republican president’s track record and tell me if any of them used their boundless power to ensure workers’ rights weren’t being trampled on…hell, look at the Democrats too, I’m sure there’s only an ounce more effort on their side

Because I’m in my mid thirties and I’ve lived through at least three different recessions (all under conservative presidents) in the last 20 years, so it damn sure hasn’t been in recent memory…in fact, the last time we had any real economic stability was during the Clinton years; I know he’s a bogeyman for most righties, but between protecting striking workers and the corporate tax sheltering stuff, his track record is better than either Bush before or after him, and miles ahead of Donnie “Tax breaks for CEOs and tariffs for the peons” Trump
