He had such a small amount of chapters, yet he made a huge impact, I'd say he is the best post-skip character.

I'm gonna be honest I don't think Xebec is that great of a character.

He started off great but his Harald simping was starting to borderline look like how Luffy simps for Shanks. He's also just a PG watered down Teach who stole his face but doesn't have the same lvl of savagery to go with it. Fighting style was also extremely boring compared to Teach.

And last but not least he died a dog's death, bathing in his own tears. Put down like a helpless mutt after talking big. He's alright.

Maybe I'm being a bit harsh because he ended up a lot more of a good guy than originally anticipated.

funny because to prime roger they are about the same

They are clearly strongest marines
But if we go by equal logic then roger = wb = garp = sengoku
Everybody is not equal and its pretty clear that no matter how close the gap would be garp is still over sengoku
Oda portrays it that way, same can be said for alot of other duos in the story
Akainu and aokiji could be called equals but akainu still won, oda showing his portrayal as stronger during marineford proved to be true, no matter how close the fight was
Same could be said for kaido and big mom. Kaidos portrayal is superior but there's also alot of evidence to pair them together like sky split and 3 day fight
